TraveLuxe Voyages ("we", "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website, in particular visitors from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected.

What we collect

When you submit the "Plan your journey" form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and any optional information you choose to provide (phone number, country, number of travellers, preferred travel month, interests and message). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.

Why we collect it

Solely to plan and quote your Sri Lanka trip, and to correspond with you about it. We do not use your details for marketing you haven't asked for, and we never sell or rent visitor data to third parties.

How it's handled

• Your submission is sent directly, over an encrypted connection, to our trip-planning inbox — it is not stored in a public database on this website.
• A hidden anti-spam field filters out automated submissions before anything is processed.
• Only the two founders of TraveLuxe Voyages, and the transactional email provider we use to deliver the message, ever handle your submission.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us. Email traveluxevoyages@gmail.com and we'll action this within 30 days.
